Doesn't anyone realize that Billboard doesn't go by spins for their charts? Kelly already was at #1 in spins so it's not really a big deal that she got there again for Billboard's update since that doesn't matter to them.

And yeah CHR/Pop contributes to Billboard, but so do many others, so some people like to monitor them individually.
