Actually, I think that if Dr. Luke were to retire or at least stop concentrating all of his efforts on mainstream acts we would get a whole lot more diversity.
How many songs that he has produced are on the radio right now? Two or three? If he disappeared I don't think pop music would magically be less generic.
Katy hopefully never gonna work with him again. She wants to work with Patty Griffin, Jonatha Brooke, maybe even Paul Simon for her next, folk-pop album and Guy Sigsworth, Deadmau5 & Stuart Price are candiates for her next mainstream album.
He did nothing on Cannibal,it's basiclly Animal's rip-off. His tracks on Femme Fatale are extremely dissapointing and again Ke$ha's rip-offs. New Jessie J single sounds like LFN. This is not good. If he's going to work with Katy again, I want something new and not rip-off of his old works.

Jessie J's Abracadabra was a carbon copy of Teenage Dream. No it was Teenage Dream.

If LFN hit No.1 i don't want she to release th 6th single cause it's hard to reach no.1 and if the 1st & 2nd single of the next album/EP hit #1 on Billboard she will tie with Whitney's record for most consecutive #1 and i think she can even break it

Yes you. People are here for pop Katy and they don't care about that. If she releases something like that after TD she would flop so hard. Maybe in few years but it's too early for such a change.
