Haters are just fans in disguise. They are (for some unknown reason) ashamed for liking a particular person. In Disturbia's case, the person is Rihanna.
You might be asking "Isn't it possible that he just doesn't like her?" Well that would be a good question, if Disturbia didn't make it so obvious that he likes Rihanna still. The fact that he was in this thread alone is enough evidence.
But lets pretend he wasn't here, shall we? A difference between a hater and a "not a fan" is that if you genuinely don't like something, you don't really talk about it. You don't make a big deal that you don't like that person. Everyone here (I assume) knows the infamous Disturbia blog about Rihanna. This is also proof that he actually likes her. Some of the stuff he says in that blog are so dramatic and over-the-top that it is comical. It provides the ATRL audience with the exact opposite idea of what he intended.
Disturbia is just another RIHater, even though he is trying to portray this image that he doesn't like her.
