Situation 2:
Omg. This one is messy. There's this guy whom I really like. His name (on here at least) will be Jake. Jake and I met in like April and he had a boyfriend at the time. His boyfriend was a ****-twat who cheated on him, etc,.. Well, then, my ex boyfriend (and his ex ironically enough) Brandon moved in with him. I was hanging out with Brandon like almost every day cause we're awesome ex's and what not. So, I started to go over to his house a lot.
Now, Jake is very sexual, and so y'know naturally, He/Brandon/I have all made out with each other and other such sexual play, but no oral or anything like that. Well, then, I come over and Jake tells me he did stuff with this new guy (named on here) James. Well, I brought some alcohol over that night and James came over too! Well, James was all over me that night. We all 4 got into the bed and went to "sleep." Jake went to bed. However, next thing I know Brandon/James are messing around and they tell me to follow them. It turns into a threesome, right? No. Even drunk me is not into that. So, me/James end up having sex.
Well, fast-forward to now, Jake forgave me for doing that. y'know. But!!!!! Now we hang out a lot and he has this NEW boyfriend, named Rick (name on here). Well, Rick and I met and we have vastly different music tastes. So I got in his face a wee bit, thanks ATRL. 
Well, then we started talking for like 3 hours and Jake got mad (obviously) and just pouted in his bed and went to sleep. Well, Rick then gave me his number and was like you need to text me. Now, I wasn't thinking much of it, but I was attracted to him.
Next thing I know, I go over to Jakes house another day, and he's telling me that he's glad he hasn't seen Rick in a week (he's been away). And then he tells me he sometimes forgets that he's in a relationship. And then at some point he goes, "Is it weird that I'd rather spend time with you than my own boyfriend?" Naturally, I said, well, yeah.
I really like Jake, but his wishy-washy attitude is becoming to be too much. I really like Rick, but I don't want to be a "homewrecker" AGAIN because Jake means a lot to me. Even more than that, I'd hate to admit this, but Rick isn't Caucasian , which isn't a problem for me. However, my mom is totally racist. 
I don't want to be in a secret relationship because I tell my mom everything. And, I don't want to fight with my mom when our relationship is finally becoming healthy and great (she's just recently in the past year got divorced and accepted me being gay and everything).
Any advice in general?
