Amy never reached #12 on itunes
It peaked at #14 and it was only for a couple of hours, then it went back to the #17-#20 range.
Its highest sales in a week were 77K if I remember correctly.
So yes, IWG is doing A LOT, A LOOOOT better than Amy. With Gaga and Jason decreasing If we squeeze in the Top 10 on itunes, Hot 100 Top 10 would practically be on lock.

As you can see, after weeks in the 13-17 range on itunes, we're about to pass DeRulo and get a new peak @ #11. Sales will have to be consistent if we want to pass Gaga or Dirty Road Anthem, they're not increasing as fast as Britney, but the gap between #10 and #11 is pretty big.
