The Navy is such a complex but powerful fanbase. Once you **** with them, they will not forget you and remember your face in their revengeful heart. I'm not saying all of them, but majority of them are. They are not here for flop black women, I can tell. I love it when they argue because they argue with receipts, they do less talking and more exposure. Love them, honestly.

1. It doesn't matter. 
2. If you want this thread to have longevity, you shouldn't choose a stanbase from the most popular artists on ATRL back-to-back (Gaga / Christina / Rihanna / Beyonce / Britney). Tone it down a bit and then do a popular round.

I'm gonna make it quite that the Navy is a freaking mess and I hate it. I hate the fact I stan for an artist for such messy and obnoxiously delusional stanbase. The problem with the Navy is maybe 25% is awesome, 25% is okay, and then like a whole half is just UNBEARABLE.  I'll say 3/10.

I actually like the Navy members. It was shaky at first with them in the beginning, but I have warmed up to them. More often than not, you'll find several of them being fans of many different artists. They can adapt to plenty of stanbases because of their in other artists besides Rihanna. I give them a solid 6/10! Remember, I said no major stanbase deservers above a 6/10 if we are all being truly honest with one another.
Standouts: Mandown, Futurelove92, Deemy, Vashetti, LBOE, Kh-Loud, fabian, and Wazzup!
