That's still very good. To peak the same as Telephone which had a much-hyped video, featuring another huge artist in Beyonce and was the 2nd single.

To be honest, I am starting to wonder whether or not an amazing video would've boosted the song to #1. There was pretty much no boost at all from SYTYCD...

But, Bad Romance had a chart performance like a #1 single. Was #1 on iTunes for ages, great airplay hit, #1 on Pop with spin record (at that time) and the video destroyed previous YouTube records. It stayed #2 for like ....so many weeks? TEOG was #3 only a week. It's not the same.

I love how she is starting to wear some COLOR again. I was getting sick of plain old black. And Mugler for that matter...

It would have helped more than what we're seeing now for sure - look at Judas, it had a great boost on iTunes before TEOG came up and killed it.

Look at LFN - the video made it #1 on iTunes so fast, same thing happened with Bad Romance.
