My family and I have Bible reading every night. We switch Bible's all the time. And they say the same thing, they are just worded differently. Like in adult books, there are difficult bigger words. With teens and kids bibles, it is easier to understand. But they are all saying the same thing.

That still doesn't give you the right to make fun of it, it's a belief someone has. They can believe in whatever they want, I could care less. But at least have a little respect for people that do believe in the Bible. Very quick to generalize too, tell me when you forgive someone for almost killing you. The Church is corrupt, yes, but that doesn't mean they go out & preach hate against gays. I'm gay, but I still believe in the Bible, but not all of it, of course, because of the fact of how twisted it may have gotten during the translations. So please, all I ask for is to have some respect.

Right!!! They're such hypocrites. and what happened to "let him without sin cast the first stone." So much double standard in the church. It all boils down to the majorities perspective. That's why I hate religious people. You can never take them seriously. They never practice what they preach.
