I guess BTW is affected more by the "complete my album" feature than TEOG ... same with Judas..

She definitely forced everyone back into motion. Seriously, the influence in the Hold It Against Me video, E.T. video, Can't Be Tamed video and in Nicki Minaj is undeniable. I'm not saying they copied her, I'm saying that they moved towards this image-centric position.

I don't know about the others, but Katy Perry's E.T video/look was definitely inspired by Lady Gaga. She tweeted it herself.
