Ok I read the wiki entry for the stadium and I've read that there's this place called "Explanada del Estadio Monumental, which is located at the south of the stadium. Then I googled this place and it turns out that many artists have held their concerts there like BEP, so maybe Avril will do the same too since technically it's still part of the venue. I don;t know lol It's capacity by the way is 30,000.

Emergency: Gurls I found the main fanbase of Avril in Brazil with more than 550k fans ().
