Im not indicating that when someone buys the album, they are BOUND to buy the single. Im just stating that when someone buys the album, will they not be alarmed that TEOG is its current single? Would TEOG not get exposure? The release of the album would get the people who buy the album know of TEOG, not necessarily buy it, but they would know about it. I think that is promo.

I know Born This Way got a physical weeks a few weeks in to its release. I know it was what helped it get to keep the No.1 spot on the 5th and 6th week.

so im just chilling in my backyard having a bbq with family and friends (its memorial day in the us, like the official start date of the summer) and TEOG comes on the radio. It was the first time i heard it on the radio, and everyone LOVED it! even my mom and grandfather was dancing to it lol

You never know. If that is how you think about it, would a person not buy the 4th or 5th single of the album? Because they already have it? I think the fact that someone already has the song on the album would not HEAVILY influence if they buy the single or not. Otherwise the 4th single would flop.

actually i heard her say possibly end of this year or next year. but i really doubt it will be this year anyway. do yous know she is coming to australia in july for a one off show in sydney. you have to win the tickets to go though. also, today i saw a gaga ad that was advertising basically nothing. it just "attention little monsters, go is going gaga" (go is the channel btw) and then finished lol

But 4th and 5th singles DO SELL. We have Katy Perry selling like Mad with her 4th Single. Many people have bought her album. Many people that bought the album bought the single. Not only superfans. I mean, would ET be able to sell so much based on only the superfans buying it? I dont think so. By saying that is a bit irrational.
