I feel Beys Ray Of Light coming. Shes in a very happy place right now and ready to deliver again. WIth DIL she had to prove she could survive as a solo artist and she did it. With B'day she had to prove she was someone who would stick around for the long run and she did that. And with I Am Sasha Fierce it was time to prove to the critics that she was the next legend in line and she did that around the globe. This 4th album is gonna be THE album of 2011, I have no doubt about it.
