I reckon for #1 she would need a 4x lead. Meaning she'd had sold 4x the number of copies S&M sold in the past 2 days. That should be enough sales...

The iTunes chart is a 48 hour rolling chart and since their seven days in a week and S&M's lead has been fairly stable I think a 4x lead is needed

I've always thought it was closer to 1 day than 2.
