The LQ leak has no bearing or relevance to the HQ leaking. The leakers would've put out the HQ regardless because of the hype surrounding the pics. Very few ppl even know there's an LQ leak.

Her ppl did not leak it. The leak comes from the songs she played for some execs at a meeting. Remember that one article that came out like last week? The leaks are apparently tagged with "COLUMBIA RECORDS" and "FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY." The HQ leaks might not even be from the finalized version.
