The tent scene was a little informative, and the Hermione/Ron skipping rocks scene was cute, but I can see why they took them out. I think the most important scene of these ones is the one between Harry and Petunia. That was somewhat of a strong moment in the book that shouldn't have been left out. And yes... The Dudley scene was incredibly awkward...

Wow, thank god there are enough good actors in those films to drown out the leads wooden performance (although he's better than in the previous films). I agree the scene with Petunia was very strong, and should have been left in. The Dudley scene was awkward, but it was sort of meant to be, right?
