Records sales are never an exact thing. I wish, there was a chart where it breaks down sales from each Country. It sucks because a lot of artists have big fan-bases in certain areas of the globe and we don't get receipts from it.

Yeah, but with a strong sales from Asia, more than 400K debut is guaranteed. Avril is the only artist that has had strong sales here in Asia for a long time. Gaga may be also has strong sales here but it's because she's way too popular all over the world so besides Gaga, Avril is the only one that can sell much in Asia
