I can't fully understand where you're coming from. Insincere? The message of the song is very serious, and I don't think Gloc 9 is being insincere about the brain drain situation of our country. To record this song for the purpose of being insincere is quite pointless.
I kind of get why you think it is shallow though. People from our country migrating abroad may not all have the same reasons of going overseas, because some may do it to become closer to their loved ones living there and other valid reasons. However, I think Gloc 9 is trying to bring out his message in a manner which is straight to the point and not really in his point of view but rather to the people he is attacking or delivering the message to, and the song may appear shallow because of the misleading lyrics, especially at the end of the chorus.
