The thing is Britney's career is so long and so rich that people who haven't follow her don't realize how many things she has already done.
For example, I'm sure if she has a rap/talking song in her album someone's gonna say "Oh she ripped off Ke$ha !" without realizing she already did songs like that in 2001, 2003 & 2007.
I don't think the video will be centered about what the media thinks about Britney but more about her proving them wrong.
Moreover videos about popstars and their relationship with the medias have already been done to death so this is nothing new to "copy" when we think about it.
