Ke$ha would've flopped in the UK but her record label did the smart move, which is push the song back until it's peaked everywhere and it's video is out with great airplay numbers, THEN release it, that way it explodes on iTunes. JIVE wanted to do that (remember Feb release?), but they saw that it went #1 everywhere and wanted to release it there expecting it to be #1 after its hype was lost.
