It is sad, but here there's no official chart. the music market is almost minuscule, everyone download music illegaly beacuse there's NO store to do it like the itunes way. some radios just have their own airplay charts, that's all.
About Brit... she has a huge fanbase here, her new songs always get played on the radio, but as i said, there's no OFFICIAL way to prove that, more than the airplay charts (the very few radios that do it), that blog is just a person collecting some radio charts, the guy even metions he gets the sales from "nielsen chile"... a chilean company that has NOTHING to do with music
