It's actually a lot higher than it says. iTunes can't keep up with how fast it's shooting to the top.

??? All singles are released at midnight when the song is released. It takes time for a single to climb the charts when it comes to the Top 10, because the gaps between spots from 10-1000 spots aren't as big as the top 10. It'll do it just wait. Grenade has a HUGE lead (check my screencap).
