I think her people got too worried about negative press about the demo, so they hyped it up to be worlds different from the demo in effort to prevent people from making their minds up early.
It is different from the demo and better I think, but it pretty much as the exact structure with the addition of a bridge and final chorus. Demos usually lack these, so it was expected.
