The competition began months ago with 25 song picked by both the voters and myself. Together, we slowly whittled down the contenders until only two remained in the finale: "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson and "Say It Right" by Nelly Furtado. One came in as a heavy favorite since the early rounds of the game; the other was recovering from a near-elimination in the semi-finals. So which song would win? In the end, it wasn't even close.
By a vote of 10 to 6, the winner is...
"Say It Right"! In a surprising turn of events, the underdog and its passionate fan base pulled off an easy victory. Congrats to Nelly Furtado and her haunting Timbaland-produced hit, the winner of Supaspaz's Double Choice Challenge.
