It doesn't matter if it's March. JIVE isn't that stupid, they're not releasing an album at the time of the year where sales are terrible and not force Britney to promote. Last time Britney promoted properly was in 2003, and her album did alright. Circus, considering it was released 5 years after sold almost as much because Britney actually promoted. Britney's hype is greater than it had been 6 years ago, and God knows what will happen if she promoted properly.
