Say It Right is so overrated. So, so overrated. The chorus falls totally flat. The production is bland, especially for Timbaland. All Good Things, Promiscuous, No Hay Igual and Maneater are all better.

I love Promiscuous. That song was my jam in 2006 & I still can occasionally dance to it
I didn't actually like Say It Right until recently. It just clicked with me one day & I started to love it.
