thats how it is, althought some kids do take Algebra 1 in 8th grade. I took basic math in 8th. Then algebra 1 in 9th, geometry in 10th and algebra 2 now

Yeah, I went to a Junior High (7th, 8th and 9th grade) when I was in the 9th, and some people took high school classes in the 8th, so some people were ahead, causing them to take Calculus in the 12th.

That **** was so annoying on those ****ing graphing calculators that you had to pay like, $100 for because they were required for the class.
