The UWC is not even accurate with the us sales, i remember a week when Give it up to me Sold 71,000 and didnt enter the top 40 where 60,000 points where necessary

crazy=namecallng? Whatever, there is no logic in that whatsoever. And people did not say she wouldn't have a no.1. Quite frankly, it's the opposite.; It's a very critically acclaimed album full of potential hits, so one of them were sure to hit no.1.

it's not by sales, it's by points 
for instance, Eminem's Not Afraid opened with ~380,000 downloads in the US, but charted with 323,000 points on the UWC

She sold that only in the US and with barely any airplay, so it wasn't enough.
