Lily Allen is pretty much considered a legend in the UK so I'm shocked she isn't higher, but

Emma and Gerry are two members from Spice Girls and they are too high on the list IMO and Tarja is an ex member of a metal band from Finland called Nightwish. She is famous for her unique voice, though they weren't and still aren't that huge as a group.
I'm shocked you don't know who Anastacia is, she is one of the best vocalists ever IMO, she's from US, but is more popular everywhere besides there.
Don't know about the other two.
She's more known than Fergie.
@ them putting Kylie over Britney. But considering it's a British magazine, it wasn't so unexpected.
