Over 20,000 people came to see her that day and it's actually more than the amount of people who attend Britney's (and any other artist's so no shade) shows.
I don't think everyone got pizza though, probably only the people who waited long.

quite alot of britney shows was over 20k, but if they werent she did quite alot of 2 shows at the same arena or more e.g 8 at the 02 arena and 4 in sydney
That was incredibly nice, but if she had come to Brazil early this year, like it was reported, she would have to spend like half of the money grossed to buy pizzas because a LOOOOOOOOOOOOT of people would camp and a good pizza here is not so cheap.
