She's really not a good performer. I love Anti and was so excited to see it live, but I ended up very disappointed with the show. Her interactions with the crowd were cute and authentic, but that's about all the praise I can give. The annoyance of her seemingly never ending refusal to finish singing lines/phrases in her songs is absolutely insufferable to me. If she had been doing some type of heavy dance routine, I might actually forgive this to an extent (many of us do for Britney, after all), but this just isn't the case. She doesn't dance well and sing poorly, like Britney, she doesn't sing well and not dance like Adele*, and she doesn't dance
and sing well like Beyoncé. Instead, she does...something, something of which I will likely not be paying to see again. The show wasn't
bad, but it also wasn't something to write home about in my opinion.
*I'd like to point out here that there were actually a few times she shined - when she focused on her singing for Stay, Kiss It Better, and Love on the Brain, which were highlights of the night.
Anyway, no tea no shade, these are just my two cents.
I sincerely hope she does work on her skills, because I'd very willingly add her to my sig if she could actually put on a good, convincing show.
