She left the second she dialed a hit. I was expecting a bigger era for Fifth Harmony next time so she could leave (as the rumors didn't stop) with a more grounded base a la Zayn but I guess Camila's feet were itching to GTFO.
Definitely the WRONG time. She should have taken a note from Beyonce. Build the band brand name more (i.e. solidify 5H) then release a solo later on (i.e. dangerously in love) while still in the group then leave after maybe another album.
She's leaving when the group is probably at their most vulnerable and made the decision on her own with no notice, and that is definitely leaving a bad taste in fan's mouths.
not many people notice but Bey was the last member from DC to branch off with a solo album. Michelle and Kelly both released theirs before her.
She could of at least did one more era, She was doing solo things while being in the group plus in that letter it said they will continue with 5h and their solo endeavors so obviously she could've stuck around.. I guess they truly can't stand each other. I'm perched for the tea now though.

Like you said, they all waited until they established themselves before they tried... but I guess if Camila feels like she has a good team and knows what's best for herself. I can't fault her
Any combination of 4H is always lacking something. Each member has something that the other doesnt so as much as I hope for the best...I'm not sure if they'll be able to pull it off.
Between now and the next album they will ALL have to achieve major improvement in certain areas, and discover a new group chemistry. If they are dedicated and have the right guidance I think it's possible for them to remain successful.

!!!
Bey still promotes DC tracks and knows DC was important for solidifying her legacy as an all-time great. Many greats stuck with their groups and solidified that before moving forward.
Kii. Leaving after a couple of features? She killed her own career. 5H was barely successful as it is. Does she actually think she's gonna accomplish more without them than she could with them?
