To me, from the snippet it looks like those black cars are her team/security coming to bring her back to work after she drove off by herself in the PI video. What follows could be her getting tired/sad/frustrated with paps/schedule/travel/pain etc. (footage from those documentary people?) and her relationship is failing, so she just wants one reason to stay.
It could be some sort of mafia love story meets Area 51 or whatever, but something tells me she'll go personal and simple.

So a mv about self pitty? No thanks hunty. I don't think she'd do that...she'd know it would backfire because ppl will be like "does she want us to feel bad for her or something when she makes millions?" ...you know how the GP is like.
