Well the first step to fixing Gaga's problem with streaming would be getting Million Reasons playlisted on Today's Top Hits on Spotify. Yet it's not happening. I don't really see what could be happening behind the scenes if the star of Gaga's caliber can't get her song on that playlist while singers like Machine Gun Kelly, Starley, Vice, Luke Christopher, The Vamps, Petit Biscuit, James Arthur, Nevada, Bebe Rexha, Alessia Cara and many others can.

MR's placement on that playlist would help the song so much more than many TV performances
