I think you misunderstood. She said they conpleted the editing first for the TV broadcast and then after, the DVD. She doesn't clearly state they made 2 separate edits, I think her words were misinterpreted that way but she implied the order of when the releases will happen.
However, I hope the DVD will be complete with LDLHA and the bonus songs.
