JYP is really good at taking care of his artists. I mean, Sunmi was out of the industry for like 3 years and came back as a pretty big solo artist. So, I don't think Somi is the one to worry about (especially considering her age).
If Jellyfish gives everyone the unit they want (Sejeong, Mina, Nayoung) then they can definitely succeed.
Look at Fantagio's track record with girl groups.
