But Cheap Thrills sounds like a #1 Pop record, whereas MR does not. All this talk of "this song started out like this, and that started out like that", those songs sounded like Pop smashes tho. Million Reasons doesn't sound like a radio hit at all. And clearly radio thinks the same way too. It's a good album track tho. Just not commercial.

'CT' was lucky that radios on Europe picked it up because Sia has became kind of huge in here, and then the USA came late as always when some songs are smashing in here (months before).
The fact that was doing great in Europe has for sure influenced a lot when USA radios finally decides to pick it up.
