Its incredibly difficult for Trump or anyone to overturn a previous Supreme Court ruling, its really not that easy. Hell, its a rarity for it to happen in the first place. He would have to appoint a judge/judgeships, there would need to be a conflict on the issue of same-sex marriage that would compel the court to once again revisit the issue, make a case to be brought against Obergefell v. Hodges AND have the court rule AGAIN in favor of overturning marriage equality. Have more faith.
I know this will sound bad...but you guys cannot let fear overcome you. That is exactly what bigots, white supremacist, and racists want. You are protected. You have rights and will retain them. A women wearing a hijab is NOT going to get shot down the street. KKK members are not going to have a field day with black lives every damn day, and immigrants will NOT be branded. IF any of these happens it will NOT be okay and just get a pass from society, not to mention other countries or leaders onlooking (sans putin maybe...)
