It's insane what Trump pulled off, though. The GOP were terrified even like a week or two ago that he was going to ruin them and instead he's galvanized voters and handed them the keys to the kingdom on every level of government.

I hate the precedent this win sets, though. It's a very large step towards idiocracy. Experience should matter, qualifications should matter, knowledgeable platforms should matter. Winning what is pretty much the highest office in the world should require more than charisma and star power. With this, I won't be surprised one bit if we do end up with President Beyonce or President The Rock down the road. It's the downfall of modern society before our eyes.

I'd say that America is going to get what it deserves for this, but we all know that it will be the people (women, youth, POC, LGBT) who tried to stop this that will suffer most.

Also I know it doesn't reflect all of you but I've lost respect for so many states.

You guys are in for a treat. Look at gay marriage and how ANTI society was over it just 20 years ago. That 20 years really swung this country VERY far to the left. It's actually amazing.

Now you get to watch it happen again! This time, maybe with a different issue? Maybe it'll be immigration.

In 20 years, we'll have a left-right but the "right" will really be the central Democrats of today.
