The democrats only have themselves to brain for putting that criminal forward over King Bernie.

Tbh. Hillary supporters constantly running to the "people hate Hillary because she's a woman!" card, even though many progressives hate Hillary, yet were begging Warren to run from the beginning. It's delusional not to admit that it wouldn't be the best idea to run a candidate who has been an A-list politician for 20+ years (with ALL the baggage and scandals that come with that), has admitted herself lacks the charisma of actual former presidents, and never had any motivating "rallying cry" in her election campaign, already had catastrophically high unfavorable and untrustworthy ratings (second only to Donald Trump, iirc), and was shown in various polls to poll much closer to her likely opponents than her democratic primary opponent at the time. The democratic leadership truly dropped the ball, but it never really mattered to them that much since they aren't the ones who will suffer.
