I would say that 44% combined experience/judgment number favors Clinton. Not to mention that a majority of voters made their mind up before the FBI debacle.
I know but from that 44% Trump could still be favored, some people might think he's experienced and have good judgement However Hillary does not represent change, she's a continuation from Obama's policies and the Democratic Party!
