Has anyone noticed that Hey Girl was added to her BMI repertoire? No other song from Joanne was.
I know it most likely means nothing, but what if it's the second single?
You don't care about hits/charts anymore but still released the most radio-friendly song on the album?
First of all these not caring about charts is being misused all the time. Just cause it's not her priority doesn't matter success doesn't make her happy.
Secondly Interscope cares, but even if they don't, point of single is to do something. Of course interscope will choose one they think has the biggest chance of doing something.
