lol just when I thought people had finally accepted that this era is not going to be commercially successful. It's just not what Gaga is going for, get used to it
We can only hope, her team can't be as stupid as they've been so far, right ?
They let her scrap a ready lead single for Perfect Illusion. That was their first and biggest mistake. You can expect anything from Gaga's team in 2016. See, Joanne is dropping in 8 days and there is nothing out there.
I'm sorry but this era is turning out to be one HUGE mess already. I'm beyond disappointed because I thought even with how GUY flopped, the roll out was fantastic. I really had high hopes for Bobby as a manager, but all I have seen is nothing from him that says he's there to ensure the era becomes successful.
There's absolutely nothing to support the album. With PI bombing down on radio, we now have nothing on radio to support Joanne. They totally wasted all of the radio stops and the iHeart deal on this. I'm not too confident the next single will be supported by radio, and if it is, it probably will take much longer time for radio to welcome it. Why the hell did they choose PI?! Why have they not pushed a new single yet?! Why have there been no promo other than Bud Light tour?! Where is the drive Gaga used to have?! Ugh. This era is such a disappointment already.
But honestly, I have gone through worse with Mariah and her freaking Elusive Chanteuse era so I will just accept this era for what it is and look forward solely to the music and the Super Bowl performance, nothing else.

Can you imagine the Interscope executives being literally like Naomi in the gif ? 3 eras in a row that they've let her do as she pleases, but now it's time to enslave her again.

Absolutely agree, Interscope gave her so much freedom aka their biggest mistake. Maybe because they have other plans for her after Joanne....
Joanne will flop into oblivion thats a fact and i couldn't care less but since she is not interested in sales i want to listen to the album rn because im sure it will be an amazing experience.
