I think it'll fit right in with the core of Gaga's music. If you strip things like Poker Face back (and I don't mean acoustically, but if you consider their musical composition) they fit right in with anything [
this is a good example I reckon, with the rock breakdown and all]. In the same way, Bad Romance, Yoü and I, etc. can all be acclimatised to whatever kind of set she wants to do IMO. I could picture her busting out Sexxx Dreams, or Bad Romance, or You and I, or Speechless, or Teeth, or Poker Face, or Hair, or The Edge of Glory (and many many more) at the Dive Bar in Nashville.
So to answer the original question - sure, if you play the album versions of some of these songs next to Joanne tracks it might come out weird, but sit down with the sheet music and a live band and it'll all come together I reckon.
