I already said this somewhere else, but doubtful Closer is coming anywhere near OSD lmao.
To break the record with 17+ weeks you would need to have a huge #1 hit that doesn't peak in points til midway near its run at #1 (8-11 weeks) and then has such a lead that the following two months it maintains #1 while declining. That was similar to what Uptown Funk was, locking down #1 on Sales/Streams/Radio while all the way in its 13th week #1.
Closer's run more resembles See You Again. It blasted off in sales and streams with radio lagging behind, and peaked in sales & streams within its first 5 weeks #1. It'll probably get around the same time #1 (10-12 weeks), and then spend forever in Top 10 since radio will peak so late in its run.
