I'm not surprised tbh. His music is completely different from that. Honestly it doesn't hold much of Blood Pop's significance either. This is truly why we can't use her producers as a way to hint at the sound of ANYTHING. I do think the album will be more laid back though.
I hear some Tame Impala at the very beginning and it's really drowned out.

I don't think Gaga meant it in a disrespectful way against her old self it's just like okay.. but it's 2016, that was 2010. I traveled here to talk about my new record, not the Meat Dress.. again. And my worldwide hit Bad Romance that every new song is compared to. She's constantly on the go. It's old news to her. I personally think it annoys her with the same topics.
First listen, I was a bit underwhelmed, both by the production and the vocals. But I've been playing this for a while, and it does grow on you! I hope it does well.

I agree. She absolutely is proud of her past, but it must be tiring for her to constantly put her heart into making music to constantly be told that she is past her peak because everything is compared to TF(M).
