Well, if you're going to use the international chronology, if YLIMD doesn't chart high on the Eurochart Hot 100 and respective Canz charts, then...no, it won't be her fourth hit in a row. It isn't even a hit yet.
Getting to #32 on US iTunes isn't exactly a "hit."
I do expect it to do very well, but as of now it is yet to make an international impact, so it's a bit premature to claim it's her fourth hit.
