What are those moments in life that are so absolutely special that just know you'll never forget them?
There are 3 main ones I can think of
1. When I was 9 my family was moving states and I remember that my brothers and I spent some of our last days with some of our childhood friends. On the last day my dad took us to a local baseball game in the area. It was getting dark and the lights came on. We started singing the 'Homerun' song and just had a blast, what stands out most though was at the end when one of my friends said that 'this is a day we'll never forget' we were seated on the bleachers drinking sodas, with our baggy pants and long tee shirts

(this was in the mid 00's). The game finished and just like that we were off and I haven't seen any of them ever again, and it's been about 11 years
2. My Sophomore year of HS, my showchoir went to compete in Myrtle Beach and I remember we lost (2nd place) in the show choir rounds and we were really depressed. We got on the bus after the award ceremony and it was quiet at first but then people started sharing about how much the group meant to them and the seniors were recalling their fondest memories. We ended up singing all the way back to the hotel and it was really emotional. What was REALLY cool though was that the moment we got to the hotel we immidiately went to the beach. We started dancing and singing and jumping around. It was night time and the stars were shining and the beach was calm

, it was beyond beautiful. Out of nowhere fireworks start going off in the distance and it felt like one of those moments where everything just went perfect and was together. We were singing, laughing, crying. We set up a campfire and started singing some more songs and didn't go to sleep till like 3 a.m. I'll never forget that day EVER.
3. This one is a lot less dramatic but I just about a month ago my older brother, father and I were going to MD to make arrangements for the funeral of my Aunt who passed away the night before. On the way to the freeway the car was being shaky so we had to go back and switch to my mom's car. On the way back though we took a road I had never been on before, or even since. It was about one way and was COMPLETELY abandoned. No cars in sight at all. I remember just sitting there, I put my phone away because I really wanted to take in the moment. Looking outside all I saw were trees and shrubs, and behind just an endless path of road, the night was SO quiet, the stars were extra bright and you could here the sounds of the crickets. No one was talking, just taking everything in. It was such a beautiful moment and it lasted about 5-7 minutes. It's just one of those moments where you feel like you're in you're own universe and there's no one around. It was a peaceful moment of silence and reflection.
Lots more but those 3 really stand out to me.
