Whites do technically have more colors (eyes, hair) but I'm pretty sure PoC is about skin tones.. but gingers are actually a minority among hair colors, and green eyes are the least common eye color..

honestly, I never truly understood why People of Color are called that way. Why not just African Americans, European Americans, Asian Americans or Black people, white people etc.?
The color thing is popular only in the US by the way.
