And the G-Eazy scene isn't worth it.

I still can't believe David LaChapelle directed a terrible music video which does not represent the actual song at all. It's not even close to the meaning of the song but ofcourse you are okay with sex when it's unnecessary and inappropriate. When sex is used that way, it"s not even qualified as an art. It's just nihilistic, repetitive and simply tacky.

If it was me, I would direct the video like this:

Britney is performing Toxic at Vegas show. When the show ends, she leaves the theater and goes for a drink at Planet Hollywood's bar alone and meet G-Eazy. Then they both keep looking at each other. after that Britney gets into G-Eazy's car and does her job while he was driving her to his room. then the rap part starts with G-Eazy ****ing Britney while Britney is filming G-Eazy face. When the sex scene is done, show Britney face with a big natural smile.

This would be a cool Idea cos it can promote her vegas show and Ph too.

i don't see how a sexier video would've done wonders for the song? This isn't 2001, Britney isn't a virgin, and this isn't her 1st time scantily-clad surrounded by a bunch of hot shirtless men in a music video, it's not groundbreaking or shocking. The Work Bitch video was just as sexy and didn't do wonders for it.

That being said, I hope they're smart enough to drop it on album release week. The vevo streams will count towards album sales right?

It was clear from the original video that he and Brit didn't have any chemistry going on that's why we got the original video getting some creepy vibes around him. I mean, he isn't a Britney typical guy. He likes em a bit dirty.

He got his verse down, though. But the video is a different matter, I guess.

The original video imo missed the whole plot and that's why Britney was not having it.

Not at Britney because she's really just a totally innocent and sweet woman who I feel is very easily led.
Like, she'll just go with what people around her say (which is why she needs a great team, more than any other artist imo).

If she felt the video was too explicit, her team should have worked with her and David to find a happy medium.
