I'm not sure, it doesn't seem likely they'd like let everyone else sing and be on stage and stream it and then interrupt the broadcasting for her and go back when she's done. Like, it's not about her, she's not that important today, it doesn't make sense, that's why i said i believe it's gonna be a private gig afterward or something idk, I could be wrong.

Maybe in future it'll be included in those lists about one of the Mandela effect phenomenas as in we all vaguely believed that it was real & it existed but it actually never was.

The show Gaga is doing is at a different convention I believe. It's part of the Dnc but not in the same place. It's indeed a private event with in its only tickets guest that will be there. Whether those people are even allowed to have their phones there and such is something I'm not sure about. But yeah it's literally a private gig.
Yeah Gaga's show is in Camden a few hours before the DNC in Philadelphia. But since Gaga is so close I could totally see her attending the DNC as well, perhaps even for a speech.
